2. General Usage Policy
- Our platform is intended for lawful and personal travel use only.
- Any illegal activity, racing, or sub-leasing of vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- All rates displayed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice.
- VisitCKTD reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed subject to availability.
- Some services (e.g., tour packages or car hire) require advance payment for confirmation.
- Payment modes accepted: UPI, Net Banking, or Cash.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via Email or WhatsApp once payment is received.
4. Vendor / Partner Terms
- Vendors can list their services (Bike, Car, Taxi, Tour, or Travel Guide) on the VisitCKTD platform.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information, pricing, and images they upload.
- VisitCKTD is not responsible for any false information, service delays, or poor service quality provided by vendors.
- Payments to vendors will be processed as per VisitCKTD’s payout and commission policy.
- VisitCKTD reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor or listing that violates company policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide a valid Driving License (for bike/car rentals) and a Government ID Proof before vehicle handover.
- During tours or travel activities, customers are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
- Please review our Cancellation Policy before making or modifying a booking.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the trip will receive an 80% refund.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- If the cancellation is made by the vendor or VisitCKTD, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days via the same payment mode.
7. Vehicle & Equipment Policy
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as received.
- The customer is fully responsible for any damage, accident, or traffic violation during the rental period.
- Vehicle insurance offers standard coverage only, subject to insurance company terms and conditions.
8. Tour & Travel Guide Policy
- All tour itineraries are subject to change due to local conditions, weather, or government regulations.
- VisitCKTD and its vendors will not be liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Travel guides provide information and assistance only — personal safety and belongings are the customer’s responsibility.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal information (name, contact, ID proof, etc.) is collected solely for booking and verification purposes.
- VisitCKTD does not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- We use secure systems to protect your data, but users must also ensure safe use of their login credentials.
10. Limitation of Liability
- VisitCKTD acts only as a platform provider; the actual services are delivered by independent vendors.
- VisitCKTD shall not be held liable for any accident, damage, loss, injury, or delay caused by vendors or external factors.
- Any disputes between users and vendors should be resolved amicably or as per applicable Indian laws.
11. Modifications & Termination
- VisitCKTD reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
- VisitCKTD also reserves the right to terminate any user or vendor account found to be misusing the platform.
